Starting from a thorough survey of the existing layout with an area of over 42m², MODESK has worked closely with OZOA to measure, assess the space, and create a realistic 3D design. This ensures that each piece of equipment and every item of furniture is optimally, reasonably, and accurately arranged according to the actual needs of the baking team.
UNDERGROUND "SUBMARINE" BAKERY SOLUTION INOX304
The centerpiece of the project is a bakery kitchen detail designed in the shape of a submarine, crafted from sturdy 1mm thick Inox304. This design not only creates an impressive visual effect but also enhances operational efficiency. The kitchen structure includes 2 opening doors, 1 door inside the submarine, 1 curved glass edge, and 2 display counters, meticulously constructed according to the approved technical drawings..

During the construction process, the MODESK team uses specialized equipment such as laser cutting machines and stainless steel grinding machines to ensure the highest level of finish. All weld seams are meticulously treated, and the stainless steel surface is smooth and polished, ensuring aesthetic consistency throughout the entire space. All items are installed in accordance with the 3D design plan, helping to save installation time and minimize the risk of discrepancies during the construction process.
